Louise Pedersen is the Executive Director of the Outdoor Recreation Council of BC. Louise has led ORCBC since 2019, bringing a strong vision to expand the organization’s impact, sustainability, and inclusivity. She holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management and a post-graduate diploma in Public Relations. With a background in philanthropy and strategic communications, Louise has worked with leading nature organizations in both Canada and the UK. Based in Revelstoke, she is an avid outdoor enthusiast who spends her free time kayaking, nordic skiing, gravel biking and camping.
