Designer and manufacturer of firefighting clothing, specializing in fire retardant fabrics.
How many employees and/or contractors do you work with?
Myself and two subcontractors to manufacture the industrial masks and the clothing line.
What brought you to the Kootenays and how long have you been here?
I was born and raised here and recently moved back because of Covid.
Tell us about the history and relative work experience of your founder(s).
I’ve been a firefighter for over 12 years and identified that there needs to be an update in PPE for women and men and there is nothing out there that is eco-friendly.
Describe the mission, vision, goals, and aspirations of your company.
My goal is to design protective clothing that is safe and comfortable for firefighters as well as for women and men in other industries.
